1 oz Aperol

4 oz Prosecco

2 1/2 oz Sparking water

lemon juice

ice cubes

Place ice cubes and a slice of lemon in a cocktail glass. Fill with the Aperol, Prosecco and sparkling water and a splash of lemon juice.
