Absinthe Special Cocktail

makes 1 cocktail
1 1/2 oz Absinthe
1 oz water
1/4 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 dash of orange bitters
Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with cracked ice. Shake well and strain into a 3oz cocktail glass.
