This weekend marks Queen Elizabeth's 60 years of reign. What better way to celebrate than champagne and Pimm's. Mix together, 2 ccl of Pimm's and top up with champagne and you get the Pimm's Royal Cup. Very refreshing on a summer day and a lovely way to ring in her Majesty's Diamond Jubilee.
