Similar to the classic Old Fashion, the Irish Whiskey Old-Fashion is slow sipping and a straight up strong cocktail.
Irish Whisky Old- Fashioned

makes 1 cocktail
1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
1 cube sugar
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
soda water
soda water
Muddle the sugar and bitters in an old fashion glass with a dash of soda water. Add cracked ice, whisky and twist of lemon peel.
